Return Policy

I do not accept cancellations. Please contact me if there is an issue or you need to change your order.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item so that I can evaluate the issue and correct it.

I gladly accept returns and exchanges for defective or damaged items that do not meet your expectations. You must contact me within 14 days of delivery. The item must be shipped back to me within 30 days of delivery. 

All sale item orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

All custom orders (such as special orders or personalized items) are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

To start a return, contact me on the website or by email ( Please note that returns will be sent to Newtown Square, PA 19073, United States. If your return is accepted, I will send you a return shipping label and further instructions on how and where to mail your returns. Items returned to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The item must be returned in its original condition, not used or worn, and in its original packaging. You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in the item’s value.

I will notify you via email when I receive and inspect the returned item, and then inform you if a refund is approved. A refund will only be issued after I receive the returned item in its origial condition.

A refund will only be issued for the list price of the item. Shipping, taxes, and other fees are non-refundable. You will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take several days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. 

The quickest way to ensure an exchange is to contact me for a return, and then once the return is accepted, make a separate puchase for the new item.
